I though I would take a moment to write to you about a couple of up and coming changes that are happening.
Firstly, North Somerset Council have relaunched their website. Take a look, it feels sleeker than the predecessor and, I think, easier to navigate and use - I would love to know what you think!
Secondly, the Children in Care Council (known as UNITE) have announced the launch of their long awaited website. Please encourage children looked after, young people and care leavers to use the site for all they need to know about events, information and a chance to have their say.
The Unite Group welcome new members to their group , they meet once a month to discuss various topics affecting themselves and other young people. It would be great to have some new members come along , we are next meeting on Monday July 8 2013 4-530pm at the Resource Service on Clifton Road, Weston super Mare. Lastly, can I take the opportunity to thank you all for your continued support. The Blog seems really popular and not to mention email inbox friendly. Can you imagine how busy our inboxes would be if all of this information was shared on separate emails..
