Should your network have a legal strcture?

Attendees to this informal information session can expect

• to find out first hand the process of becoming a Charity and company limited by guarantee
• options for your network that suit your members best
• information around public liability insurance, bank accounts and costs involved
• VANS membership for your Local Commissioning Network and the services they offer
• There will also be lots of opportunity to ask questions

To attend the free workshop, all you have to do is RSVP by Wednesday 16 January 2013 to heather.brumby@n-somerset.gov.uk please indicate names of attendees and your network name. Please no more that two representatives from each network. I will then send you further information in preparation.

This workshop is for networks or organisations who COMMISSION activities, not provide them. If you are a provider and would benefit from this information, please let me know and we can arrange a session specifically for providers of activities.
