Positive Activity and Local Commissioning Network definition

We have been asked recently about what is the definition of a Positive Activity and a Local Commissioning Network with regards to the Innovation Fund criteria:

• A Local Commissioning Network is a partnership that represents a significant number of organisations (usually it will be more than 6 and include a school) commissioning the full range of Positive Activities across a wide geographic area or significant centre of population.’

• Positive Activities can be arts, sports, leisure, play, informal education and community based projects for children, young people and their communities that include healthy and safe lifestyle.
