North Somerset Council in partnership with our sponsors, are again running the popular Your North Somerset event at the Winter Gardens in Weston-super-Mare.
This year we are focusing on "Digital Inclusion" and asking stand holders to encourage people to participate in the digital media age. We will be setting up an IT suite supported by volunteers to give hands-on demonstrations on how to access services on-line. We are also asking stand holders to publicise services they offer on-line.
The event will feature a wide range of food-tasting, entertainment, dance and fun activities for both adults and children. We are again asking, where possible, if you could run a simple children's activity from your stand as this enables adults to spend longer concentrating on the information provided by your organisation.
We would be grateful if you could confirm if you would like to support the event, the number of stands you require and any specific requirements you have for the day including power. Please can you provide this information by Friday, 29th November '13
, as space is limited and stands will be allocated on a first come basis.
