Free training - building confidence for work

Building Confidence for work is a free course offered by Community Learning West and Westonworks for adults 19+ who are unemployed and/or with few or no qualifications and wish to develop confidence in applying for paid or voluntry work. It covers

• Self esteem and motivation
• speaking and listening skills
• making the most of your skills
• interview preparation
• strategies for building confidence for job interviews

The course runs for six sessions on Tuesday mornings 10.30am-1pm from the 28 January 2014 until 11 March (excluding 18 February) at the Sub Station at the Information Station, St Andrews Parade, Weston super Mare, BS23 3SS.
